Responsibilities: 

  • Visual Conceptualisation:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and create visually appealing design concepts.
    • Develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

  • Graphic Design:

    • Design and produce a range of visual materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, info graphics, and marketing collateral.
    • Ensure consistency and high quality in all design elements.

  • Brand Consistency:

    • Maintain and evolve brand identities for clients, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold brand standards and guidelines.

  • Client Collaboration:

    • Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements and present design concepts.
    • Incorporate client feedback and make revisions as needed.

  • Multimedia Design:

    • Create engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to integrate multimedia elements seamlessly.

  • Stay Updated with Design Trends:

    • Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and technologies.
    • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a graphic designer, either through internships or professional roles is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
    • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
    • Familiarity with web design and coding languages (HTML, CSS).

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic  team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with design and marketing teams to create effective strategies and coordinate with creative teams. This role requires expertise in B2B market handling, document processing, and catalogue management on various online platforms, including major marketplaces such as Amazon,  Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Firstcry.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B Market Handling:

    • Manage B2B market operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflows.
    • Process relevant documents and oversee listing on various platforms.

  • Catalogue Management:

    • Handle catalogue management for website and marketplace portals.
    • Update and test website frontend regularly to ensure optimal user experience.

  • Product Management:

    • Upload products with detailed specifications and descriptions.
    • Oversee stock management to maintain accurate inventory levels.

  • Marketing Strategies:
